“Great Fork”
This fork has allowed me to continue to look after my horses myself. Because of a neuromuscular disease I couldn’t use a traditional fork without pain and migraines from the pull on back and shoulder muscles. This fork does all the work for me. Worth the money.
— Mary B., Feb 18, 2021
“Game Changer”
Last-ditch effort to keep my little barn open. I was struggling with daily stall cleaning; elbows, wrists, and back were screaming. This awesome little fork does all the work. Lightweight and easy to use. Along with my tractor, it’s my most important stable tool. Worth every penny.
— Shari Craig, Dec 27, 2020
“Wish it had a shorter handle!”
We’re 5'3" and 5'1". Performance of the shaking mechanism is great, but the angle made us slide a hand up the handle; reaching for the trigger caused some neck/shoulder discomfort. A shorter handle option would be great.
Manufacturer response: We can shorten a handle by up to 2" upon request, or offer a carbon fiber adjustable handle.
— Ellen Attridge, Dec 18, 2017
“Must-Have Product”
It takes some getting used to—trigger sensitivity and load size—but stalls are cleaner and I waste less clean shavings. Not always auto-sift, but it reduces repetitive strain from shaking fork after fork. I’d choose Mini-Tine next time for flattened manure. Worth every penny.
— Jenna, Jun 2, 2017
“Nice Product”
Assembled easily and worked right out of the box. Does a great job, especially on finer shavings. With larger flakes I still waste some, but much less with fine shavings. Not heavier than my old fork. When the battery died and I used the old one, it felt clunky. Less strain on back and shoulder. American-made and well worth it.
— Janice Wolfer, Jan 21, 2017
“Shavings saver”
Bought my first one 5 years ago; I clean 8 stalls twice a day with Mini-Tine for fine shavings. It takes ~30 minutes per stall, and my shavings bill was cut in half. Bought a second for shows. Never busted a tine.
— Keylee Grenier, Aug 24, 2016
“Enjoyable”
Everything you said it would be. Makes the job easier and saves the arms. Ready to use right out of the box. Cleanest I’ve ever seen the stalls.
— Jim Hill, Jul 27, 2016
“Cannot live without it!”
Second Shake’n Fork (first still going strong after 5 years). Cleaning time cut in half and it saves my elbows from tendinitis. Must-have for my barn.
— Anita, May 21, 2016
“Saves my elbow!!”
I had tennis-elbow-like pain. After one week with the motorized fork, the pain was completely gone. Cheaper than doctor visits.
— Theresa, May 5, 2016
“Manual and Auto Manure Forks”
We make siftable bedding (Sani-Care) and tested many forks. Your forks are the best plastic forks we’ve found. The auto Shake’n Fork surpassed expectations; extended-life battery lasts and lasts. For yard picking we like the manual just as much. For frozen ground we still use metal tines, but for stalls we recommend your products unreservedly.
— Serge Brunner, Mar 30, 2016
“So glad I finally bought one!”
Took a few stalls to adjust to the weight; now I won’t use another fork. Saves ~20 minutes of cleaning at my boarding facility and reduces bedding use (especially with pellets). No more sore shoulders. Highly recommend.
— Heather Hensel / Double Diamond G Ranch, Jan 22, 2016
“Easy to use.”
Just started to use it—functions well and is rapid.
— Thage, Jan 1, 2016
“Great people to work with”
Bought my first fork long ago; it needed repair. I bought a second to avoid downtime; sent the first in and it was repaired and returned within a week. Great people.
— Reviewer, Dec 29, 2015
“Amazing stall fork!!”
Helps a lot—best with small shavings (larger flakes need a technique). Heavier than a standard fork but right up my alley if you like gadgets.
— Elizabeth Witcher, Dec 26, 2015
“Love this rake!!!”
Saves time and bedding, and saved my arm and wrist. Makes mucking stalls so much easier.
— Reviewer, Dec 2, 2015
“AWESOME!”
Reduces joint strain for stall cleaners and makes life easier. Tough build—still good as new after 8 months. Bought a second for our other barn. Worth it.
— Suzette, Aug 4, 2015
“Best stable tool ever!”
Sifts beautifully with far less sawdust waste and far less arm movement.
— Robin, Jul 27, 2015
“Love this fork!”
On cob bedding, mucking takes only moments. With shavings it still makes mucking easier because the fork does the work.
— Janet Allen, Apr 12, 2015
“Best product to hit the stall since shavings!”
Saved the cost of the fork in shavings within three months. Once you stop over-loading the basket, stall cleaning is quick and easy.
— Suzi Lebovitz, Mar 31, 2015
“Disabled Vet Finds Relief”
Major joint problems made manual shaking terrible. The motorized fork eliminated arm pain and leaves stalls cleaner while saving shavings. Exactly as advertised and far cheaper than a stall cleaner.
— Stephen Duncan (Kingsport, TN), Mar 18, 2015
“Great Product”
Wanted to avoid the shaking motion due to shoulder/arm pain. The fork sifts quicker than manual and reduces strain. Works best with finer flake but fine with larger too. Great family business and product—highly recommend.
— Liz Norton, Mar 12, 2015
“Amazing”
I have fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, and lymphedema. This fork reduced time and effort; less fatigue than with a traditional fork.
— Carol Dombrowsky, Feb 24, 2015
“Make stall cleaning easier”

— Sheila Kobs, Feb 8, 2015
“Best product out there—had to order another!”
Bought one in the fall; my other half quickly saw how well it cleaned and how much bedding it saved. We ordered a second so we don’t have to race for it.

“Shaker fork”
Gift for my husband with health issues—works great in dry sawdust.

“Good Tool”
Less shaking on my part; helps my shoulder. Still dialing technique, but glad we purchased.
— Janet Biederman, Jan 6, 2015
“Wish I’d Invented It”
Easy to hold; saves bedding and keeps manure on the fork. Appreciated the follow-up call to confirm the exact variant I needed.
— Jo Anne Hissem, Jan 5, 2015
“Can’t imagine life before my Shake’n Fork!!!”
After a few days to stop manual shaking, it’s amazing. Two 12×14 stalls in half the time with zero waste and long battery life. Must-have.
— K-Jones, Jan 5, 2015
“Works well”
Sifts shavings from manure very well.
— Reviewer, Jan 4, 2015
“So far so good”
Set up, charged, pulled trigger—works fine (haven’t tested on manure yet).
— Thumper, Dec 25, 2014
“Awesome tool / money saver”
Best fork I ever bought. Saved time and money, especially for a stall-bound horse. Wish I’d chosen the screen basket for certain jobs—consider a swap-out basket option.
— Xan, Dec 24, 2014
“So far so good!”
After cleaning 31 stalls in a weekend, my arm missed it when I didn’t have it. Sifts great, saving bedding. Expensive, but so far worth it.
— Suzette Sontag, Dec 22, 2014
“So worth it!!!”
Tough, efficient—worth every penny.
— Reviewer, May 17, 2014
“Skeptical no more…”
I’m an “older grader,” cleaning stalls 50+ years. Horrified by the price, but amazed by usefulness and battery life. Heavier than aluminum but quickly manageable. If it’s durable, well-justified expense.
— Johnell McLean, Apr 25, 2014
“Time left to relax”
Office answered every question. Fork works great; shoulder stopped hurting and I have more time to relax.
— Mike Crouch, Dec 24, 2013

Used on eight stalls—does a very thorough job of sifting, saving expensive bedding.

“I’m so glad I found this fork”
Bought at a horse expo; saved us so much in pine pellets. Best tool in my tack room.
— Annie, Feb 1, 2013
“THANK YOU for the Shake’n Fork”
Life-saving invention. Easy to use; spares neck and arms from fatigue and ache. Worth every penny.
— Luann, Jan 29, 2013
“My friend turned me onto this!”
I’d give it 5 stars if it were lighter (I’m 5'2")—but I don’t need to shake it, so it’s OK. Recommend.
— Vanessa T., Nov 20, 2012
“We needed this years ago!”
Thrilled with the action and efficiency. Pays for itself quickly.
— Reviewer, Nov 18, 2012
“Wow, I love this thing”
Clean 12 stalls/day; batteries recharge every couple of days. Once I stopped manually moving it, stalls cleaned with much less effort.
— Cassie Hart, Nov 10, 2012
“Exactly as advertised, great!”
Flex’n Fork with 5/16" Mini-Tine basket is exactly as advertised; great for our goat stalls.
— C. Massey, Apr 10, 2012
“Seems to work well”
Powerful and works really well.
— Steve Serby, Feb 9, 2012
“Stall cleaners use this fork every day”
We clean 40–60 stalls daily. Some prefer manual, others motorized, but all agree these are the best forks money can buy. No more cheap forks breaking tines.
— T. Bergen, Dec 31, 2011
“It’s amazing!”
Two years in, still haven’t broken a tine—and I’m tough on forks.

Ok horse people--this rake is the absolute best!!! I've had horses 40 plus years and have literally gone through dozens of rakes--at least one of everything out there, lol. I got the mini-tine with carbon handle. My horses are in very large dirt paddocks and the stalls have never been so clean. Picks up EVERYTHING!!!! Just order it--you'll be soooo glad you did.

Fine tines work great! 4 Star Review
Posted by Elvira on 18th Sep 2022
I was happy to get my new fine tine fork and it does indeed pick up so much more. I have a lot of Little Rock’s in my turnout and this fork works great. I do not like the angle and bulkiness of the handle and I think the price was excessive which is why I took one star off. I hope it lasts longer than other forks but so far so good. I do recommend it for effective pick up despite the price and handle.
Great for dog poop. 5 Star Review
Posted by Tina on 28th Jun 2022
I have had my fork for over six years. Stays outside in the weather and looks brand new. Just gave my boys one for Father’s Day. They both also have labs. Get the small tines.
Sturdy and Effective 5 Star Review
Posted by Kelly on 24th May 2022
The small tines of this fork are excellant for cleaning pens. Our chickens scatter the horse manure into small pieces and this fork is the only one that gets it scooped up. It's effective and makes clean up a breeze. Excellant quality product.

High quality product for the money 5 Star Review
Posted by Joseph G. Byk on 3rd Aug 2021
'This is my 2nd time buying this product *flex-n fork) The 1st lasted around 7 years. I wore the tines and the handle down to the point I couldn't use it any more. This product far exceeded my expectations so much so that buying another one was a no brainer.
Seems sturdy so far 3 Star Review
Posted by Joan Winkley on 4th Dec 2020
Bought this flex n fork as others bought from Feed Stores break after a couple of months. Seems to be made well and work well, but only have used it for a few weeks, so the jury is still out.
The shipping cost is crazy expensive. I guess I understand as it is a strange size to ship but that makes these forks about $100 each. If it only lasts for about a year then it will be about the same cost as buying quarterly from the Feed Store. I also wish they came in a "basket style" as i like that style better.
The Very Best 📷
Posted by Jane in AZ on 25th Sep 2020
This is the only fork we use around here now. We have 3 of them. They pick up the broken pieces from the horses as well as pick up our mini poop. And they last forever.
My wife said, I love it!! 📷
Posted by Dave & Annie on 15th Sep 2020
We were skeptical , but purchased it due to another broken fork. Find a few friends and buy a four pack. We go through one fork about every quarter. This rake even picks up horse poop in tall grass, others wont!
Best decision ever 📷

Tired of cheap manure forks, Flex n Fork the best, worth the investment.
Works good 📷
Posted by Leverenz on 14th Apr 2020
This is our second Flexi fork. We use small shavings in our horse stalls. It gets the bigger "apples" and most all the smaller ones too. Much better than the standard forks where too much falls through. Less waste. Outside of the price and ridiculous shipping costs...I wish they sold these in regular farm stores.
So tough 📷
Posted by Lison on 10th Feb 2020
They are the best ever. Summer or winter I broke the regular 40$ one every couple of week. I have been using one of yours for the past 2.5 years and it’s still not broken. Love the handle at the end of it as well.
We’ll built, ergo niceness. 📷
Posted by John K on 3rd Feb 2020
Very happy with quality. Tines are substantial but not brittle. The one thing I’d like to see is a deeper rake, with slightly higher outer frame. For mucking horse stalls, you have to slow down the shake or the “apples” fall over the side. This is just a minor observation though. Unless, I run over it this rake should last 15+ years.

Finally, a real tool that works 📷
Posted by David Grainger on 4th Dec 2019
We are not a large stable with a lot of stalls but were going thorough a lot of manure forks every year. In the months since we got this fork it has never broken and is far more flexible and versatile than other cheap and brittle plastic forks. I highly recommend it ans have actual bought more for gifts for friends who have stables.
Best Rake Ever 📷
Posted by Patricia Roy on 30th Aug 2019
These are the only rakes I will use, they are strong and last. I tried others over many years of cleaning up manure and nothing comes close to the stability of these rakes.
Finally a good manure fork! 📷
Posted by Janet B on 9th Feb 2018
I have been looking for ages for a good manure fork with closely spaced tines. This one is exactly what I need. It is perfect for separating mini horse droppings from sawdust. It is sturdy and well made. I expect it will last for years.
Wonderful Fork! 📷

I own a twenty-seven stall boarding stable and we tried this pitchfork cleaning many stalls and I love the design of it especially the basket!
A noticable improvement 📷
Posted by Uplands Ruthie Farm on 5th Dec 2017
The Flex'n Fork rake cost more than standard manure rakes, but the overall design has made the chore of stall cleaning easier. In addition, the lighter weight relieves the strain of repetitive motion. On these two points, the Flex'n Fork has more than proved its worth, but we also expect that it will last much longer than the usual rakes. Everyone in the barn loves it.
Awesome fork! 📷
Posted by Jan on 17th Nov 2017
We have a mini-horse and regular fork tines are just too far apart to adequately pick up his manure. The Mini-tine fork is the PERFECT solution! What an AWESOME product!!!
Great fork - saves allot of bedding 📷
Posted by Gary on 23rd Mar 2017
We use sawdust & mini flakes in the horse stalls and now have 2 of these forks. They work great and save allot of the bedding from being thrown out and wasted. It is easy to pick up the wet bedding and all the little chunks that fell through the other forks. The close spacing is a great idea.
The Mini-Tine works wonders 📷
Posted by Unknown on 13th Mar 2017
I use the mini-tine version to finish stalls bedded with micro flakes and pellets. It's too fine for larger flakes and it requires too much sifting to use from start to finish on the others, so I bring it in with me and use it to pick up the wet spots (the wet bedding will not fall back into the stall) and to get the little ground up bits that my standard fork leaves behind. It saves me time wasted on passes with the larger fork on small pieces and leaves the stall walkers' stalls cleaner than could have been possible with a standard fork.
Best Manure Fork Ever! 📷

I've owned, and cleaned up after, horses for over 50 years. The fine-tined Flex'n Fork is wonderful!! Light-weight, balanced and a bit larger, makes cleaning a snap. I love it for sifting the small bits of manure from my sand paddocks and arena. I can clean stalls in half the time it used to take.
Thanks, Equi-Tee, for a high quality tool.
Best Manure Fork Ever! 📷
Posted by Peggy Fugate on 13th Jan 2017
We love this fork! My husband is always breaking the other brands and has become costly throughout the year to replace. Even with the freezing temperatures, this fork has truly held up to the test. We'll never buy another brand again. I highly recommend. You may hesitate at the price, but think of what you are paying buying replacements of the other brands. Thanks so much for designing this one.
It's All About Balance 📷
Posted by Ron Bouchard on 22nd Nov 2016
I have been using Muck Forks for about 26 years. This is the first fork I've used that I feel minimizes my work load. I have the manual fork and it is so well balanced that when I pick a pile, regardless of how wet it is, I feel that I am expending about 2/3 less energy than I would be with a conventional, less well balanced fork. The slightly angled grip at the end of the handle makes turning the fork, to drop a load in the muck bucket, effortless. With out a doubt, the best fork I've ever owned.
Time-saving Tool: Fine Tine 📷
Posted by Linda on 15th Nov 2016
Received my Fine-Tine manure fork and put it to immediate use re-cleaning my horse's stall. What a time saving tool. I think I must have cleaned the stall spic-and-span in about half the time as usual using a regular manure fork. Yes, the Fine Tine is expensive (especially including shipping) but I am so glad I purchased this solidly made very useful manure fork. It saves my back and my shoulder from unnecessary strain. Worth the investment.
Couldn't be happier. 📷

I work at a large school and needed a solution for the dirty sandbox each day. Found your website with many solution options. Placed an order. Customer Service was one of the best. So happy with my experience and the product that I placed a second order.
Awesome! 📷
Posted by Jen on 26th Sep 2016
I have had this fork for over a year and it still like looks brand new. I was tired of replacing my "cheap" forks every 30 days or so. I decided to spend a couple extra bucks on this fork to give it a try. Even though the initial purchase is a bit more than the forks you find at the feed stores it will save you money in the long run. The angle on the handle makes it really comfortable to use as well. I bought another one to keep in my trailer for horse shows. The screw hole was not quite big enough on this one so I will have to drill it out before use. Not happy with that but it is still a worth while purchase.

Proper tool 📷

Been flogging too long with the unbalanced, wood handled fork that lasts 1 month. This is a real tool thought out specific for mucking Mini "muck". Love the balance, handle design and floating head ,be it raking or scooping.
Ordering on line is easy and fast.
Best for getting the smallest pieces! 📷
Posted by Lydia H. Myrick on 11th Jul 2016
This fork is excellent for getting up all those annoyingly small pieces of manure. The tines are so close together, but not so much that you waste bedding. IMO, works best with pelleted bedding.
Great Product 📷

One of my horses grinds his manure and there was no way to remove the little pieces with a regular fork. This fork makes my work a lot easier. It is the best!
best fork ever! 📷
Posted by R. Prescott on 11th Jun 2016
I was looking for a fork that had the tines closer than the standard forks. We use sawdust and little pieces of manure were tough to get up and those left behind drew a lot of flies. The only other forks I found with mini tines had a huge basket on them. We have one of those in the barn already and it is hard to use. It is ungainly and really heavy. I really like this forks because it is like using the old standard forks. I like the "hinge" on the back which helps prevent breakage. I have a habit of catching the fork head on the side of the stall or wheelbarrow and breaking a tine. None broken yet!

I've been looking for a lightweight,, fine-tined pitchfork with a long handle for years. This one fits the bill and my barn help loves it. It's efficient and saves sawdust.
Even for Llama poop 📷
Posted by Unknown on 27th Mar 2016
Excellent quality, even picks up llama and goat pellets. The only negative is the handle is just a wee short for a tall person. The handle could have been a few inches longer. Very happy with it. No more tractor supply forks breaking on me.
Fabulous Fork! 📷
Posted by Carolyn Myers on 15th Mar 2016
My boarding stable has had a 'yellow fork' for almost two years. I live in the far north and winters here are a challenge to any manure fork. Many other forks have come and gone, shattered by ice, cold and frozen manure. The 'yellow fork' is looking worn, but all its tines are there, all its parts in place. No sign of weakness anywhere. So I bought one for myself. I'm hoping to go together with my fellow boarders and buy the 3-pack for our barn staff for Christmas.
Fantastic Fork 📷
Posted by Sharon Q. on 3rd Mar 2016
I use the mini-tined fork in my chicken coop and also in my donkeys' stalls. It is far superior to the plastic, wide-spaced tined fork I get from the local farm store. It keeps the manure in the basket but lets all the shavings drop back to the ground, so much less waste. Very durable and comfortable to use. My only complaint is that the handle is heavy, but I can live with it. It's very well constructed.
Best pitchfork I have ever owned 📷

This is a very well made, heavy duty pitchfork that is also light weight. I love the design, and the durability. Thank you for bringing this item to the market!
Having withdrawals 📷
Posted by Joel Miller on 25th Jan 2016
Unbelievable better than sliced bread! or having someone else clean stalls!
Bought a fine tine with carbon handle - CAN NOT believe the savings in bedding and how much cleaner the stalls are. I would just tap the fork on the front of the cart and the clean bedding falls to the floor and everything we dump in the cart. After a a couple weeks of use I made the decision to call and see if I could add the battery operated shake feature to my existing fork.
I called and talked to Joseph and explained my dilemma and he provided clear options. What a nice change to actually talk to the owner and get the answers now and not a "let us get back to you" statement. Mailed the handle back in a anxiously await my upgraded shake n fork.
Using my old fork the last week as been very frustrating and I am having withdrawals.
Great add to your barn - cant go wrong
This product will change your concept of what cleaning stalls can be.

Repeat Purchase 📷
Posted by Mark on 12th Jan 2016
This is our SECOND Flex 'n Fork. I bought one for my wife as a Christmas present a couple of years ago (trust me, its one of her favorite gifts) and we found ourselves fighting to use it when we were both cleaning stalls at the same time. The narrow tines do a much better job picking up the "muck", and are a must in our pony stall. We use saw dust as bedding in the stalls, and the "clean" sawdust sifts through the tines nicely and they capture even the finest ground waste.
The unit is very sturdy, and holds up to abuse. If I had any concerns at all, the finish our first Flex 'n Fork's handle has worn off from use. I suspect the carbon fiber option probably resolves that, but it isn't a big concern for us.
Good fork! 📷

The mni tine forks are by far the best we have ever used. The ergonomic handle is great and the fork picks up very well. They make mucking quick and easy.

My horse's turn out area is mostly loose dirt, with some areas of hard pan, with scattered small stones through out. My regular manure fork would pick up manure fine, but the stones fell back out. Sometimes he would step on one of the larger ones and "ouch" off of it. I needed a sieve to sift out these rocks. The fine tines is almost as easy as pushing a vacuum cleaner over the areas where the stone is mixed with the loose dirt. It was very gratifying to pull the rocks from the areas he travels most. No more ouchy steps!
I would recommend this fork 📷

What a wonderful tool to have in the barn! This fork is light weight, sturdy, and very durable. I would definitely recommend this product as it seems to have more longevity compared to an average manure fork I would buy at my local farm supply.
I also bought the Shake'n Fork and it's a dream in my barn. I use cob bedding and it takes only moments to muck my stalls. The manure is lifted and the bedding sifted out. It takes a bit longer mucking wood shavings but certainly makes mucking easier because the fork does the work for me!

Using the narrow tine width fork and the finer "quick pick" chips or sawdust has revolutionized the time needed to clean stalls and also the amount of waste to be disposed of! I'll never go back!
Great lightweight fork 📷
Posted by Jane Rhodes on 19th Mar 2015
We use this for picking up our minis' manure. The last one we had was heavier than the poop getting scooped up and unwieldy and uncomfortable for small women. This new one is terrific - lightweight, balanced, well-made. The rice hulls and/or Terramigo fall through, the poop stays in. I'm going to order a second one to keep in the trailer.
Nicest manuer fork i have ever used. 📷

Bought this fork because I moved into a sand footing arena and turnout. I got the mini tines on recommendation. Compared to the old style fork I was using this has been nicer to use because the angle of the head gives a better feel and angle of attack for scooping. The mini tine sifts the sand great getting the smallest of broken manure particals. I like how you can actually see the suspension system work.
So far is proving to be an over all superior manure fork design.
Thank you too the Horse Radio Network and Horses in the Morning for guiding me to Equitee!
Skeptical at first but... 📷

My wife's favorite podcast is "Horses in the Morning" and one of this programs sponsors is the manufacturer of the Flex n' Fork. My wife has been after me for over a year to look into this stall fork because where we live, in North Idaho, winters are servere and it isn't un-common for stretchs of minus 0 degree and colder weather to stay with us for months at a time. These temps make conventional stall rakes so brittle that we often break off tines when trying to scoop up frozen piles.
After watching the videos Equi-Tee has on their website on the obuse their forks can with stand, I took a chance and ordered one. It arrived later than most of our sub zero weather we normally get so I can't honestly say it survived an entire Idaho winter yet, but all indications point to it holding up just fine.
The ergonomics of this fork is perfect. I'm nearly 6 foot tall and my wife is 5' 5" and both of us consider this fork the most confortable one either of us have ever used. So, if the "bomb proof" material this fork is made out of continues to do it's thing in our adverse climate, it surely should last forever in more moderate regions of the country.

We decided to buy two Flex'n forks because we have miniature horses and were intrigued by the Mini-tine option. They are much lighter than the traditional basket style mini tined forks. After a few uses we bought two more regular tined forks for the big horses. We are older women who clean our stalls daily. These forks are lighter, sturdier, and handier than any I have ever used. Because of the unique handle design, after forking manure we can easily turn the forks over and rake the stalls. I would recommend the Flex'n Fork to everyone.
Makes poop scooping almost fun! 📷

I have had horses for decades, and have our two in large paddocks with pea gravel in them. Living in northwest Montana, snow and ice are our companions from November through April, in general. We pick pens out daily, and spend a good amount of time chiseling frozen piles from the ice beneath before we try and scoop it up with the fork. Even still, I have broken teeth out of several forks. Hit one frozen lump and they are done. Not so with the Flex'n Fork. I am still careful, but it just glides over or around the frozen chunks. Nice and wide, too. Really looking forward to using it in the pea gravel after it all thaws. Our setup here makes cleaning the pens kind of like cleaning a huge cat litter box.
If you are in doubt about this fork, I say this: I am as stingy as they come, bought one, and am glad I did.

We discovered the Equi Tee fork at a horse expo and have since bought one for each barn and stall shed. The savings in bedding and ergonomic design have made stall cleaning easier and faster and less aggravating than ever before.
And we don't have broken forks laying around or ones with missing tines that we keep trying to get another several months' use out of.

I bought my first Flex N Fork several months ago and it is by far the best fork I have ever used! The handle makes it easier on your hand, no splinters ever, tHe basket is larger than most, it is light weight and indestructible! Worth every penny and we bought more for gifts, prizes at our barrel race and more to have around the barn!
Best fine tined fork on the market! 📷

I admit I was skeptical. I had purchased several from other sources and been disappointed. I have goats and their berry type manure would fall through the tines.
When I saw the power driven model for horses I sent an email asking if they had a narrow toned model. To my amazement I got a response within a few hours saying that they did.
When it came time to order I clutched at the idea of a fork that might not work and being stuck with an expensive thing that didn't work. I chose to go with the fork alone. Kicking myself now! The fork works beautifully with my shavings bedding. Does not get the baby's manure but it is really small. Works great for the mature goats and has a wonderful ergonomic handle that makes it so much easier.
Love the product and impressed with customer service!

You certainly get what you pay for - the is one quality manure fork. It has fast become my favorite, and my husband even commented on its construction! It's a full size basket with tines that are spaced closer together than a traditional fork. Easy to pick-up even the smallest pieces; saves a ton of time! Maybe a bit heavier than a traditional fork, but not by much. I am small in stature and handle it with ease. I would not hesitate to make this purchase - you'll thank yourself the first time you use it.
Love it! 📷

I searched forever to find a fork that had tines small enough for a mini horse. This is the best, works perfectly with pro pic shavings and mini manure. The nice width makes cleaning go faster.

The mini-tine manure fork has reduced the time it takes to "muck" my corral at least 50% by eliminating repeated tries at picking up my burro's mini poops, and the manure that my mule has so eagerly ground into the sand. I also love the feel of the fork, solid, but not heavy, comfortable and stable in my hands, and rugged, for those frozen-to-the-ground manure days. This is THE fork to have!
Excellent for deep bedding! 📷
Posted by Sue on 31st Oct 2014
I have always bedded very deeply at least 4 inches with banks. My mare moves around a lot which breaks her manure into small pieces. The mini tine fork picks up even the smallest bits so I can save on bedding and have a super clean bed. Initially I purchased your regular tine fork and it worked well but the mini tine really does the trick. I'm so glad I found your product! Thanks.

Posted by Kim LV on 29th Oct 2014
I love how close the tines are as they pick up everything in the pellet bedding I use for my horses. The fork is perfectly shaped with some sides, but not so tall as to scoop a really heavy load. I would like the handle to be lighter weight - it is heavy, especially for us older set.

I finally decided to order my Flex-n-Fork after hearing the rave reviews on the HorseRadioNetwork. The first time I used it I realized that I finally had a quality tool made specifically for horse manure. The old forks I had felt like a toy. I am impressed by the balance of the Flex-n-Fork. My young gelding piles his manure in one corner of his stall. With my old forks, I just waited for yet another tine to break! But my Flex-n-Fork handles the weight easily. Thank you for making truly the best tool in my barn!

The design of this fork is amazing. It's tines give a little so they don't break or snap off like other rigid plastic forks do. I love the handle. The handle makes using the Flex'n fork easy to use as a rake or fork. It's a real time saver. I use it to pick up after sheep. Using the Flex'n fork allows me to pick up sheep pellets without all the dirt. I love this fork and would recommend it to anyone.

We own and operate a fairly large horse boarding facility in western Colorado with an average of 35 - 45 horses in our care. We clean all the runs and paddock areas daily no matter the conditions. We definitely put a manure fork through the paces and usually end up having to buy 5 - 7 replacement baskets a year. So far I have been impressed with our Flex'n fork. It does seem lighter and it does have noticeable flex which reduces the minor shock load when compared to other forks on the market. From time to time we will strike small rocks that are emerging from the ground and the tines have not broken.
So far with 3 weeks use, I am impressed. The true test will be next winter when the ground is frozen.

I've had this since the end of January 2014. So far this is working very well for me. I love that it doesn't easily get hung up in grass. The basket isn't as deep as I'm used to but I'm adjusting. I do like the amount of spring it has. It truly seems to be sturdier than the other fine tine forks I've used... one of which broke within a month. So far it hasn't been run over nor has my horse stepped on it.

I am very pleased with outstanding quality and performance of my new Flex'n Fork. It arrived promptly and securely packaged. The fiberglass handle is very sturdy and will undoubtedly withstand years of use around the stable. The shape and spacing of the forks is just right and makes cleaning stalls easier. The customer service provided by the EquiTee was excellent. I inadvertently misplaced the hardware to assemble the the fork and EquiTee provided new hardware right away at no charge! I just bought this. Good customer service and I had it two days. I bought it for cleaning up goat poop. The small tines (5/16) don't let the little pellets fall though. I am very happy with this product and have added the site on goat forum for other goat owners.

Finally! A minitine fork with no "basket" high sides. Cleaning thru pelleted bedding is a snap with this one. So sturdy I question the wisdom of buying a replacement at the original time of purchase! This baby is made to last and still light and easy.
It's a perfect fit for me- couldn't be happier.
Very helpful company 📷

I thought I'd ordered a 5/16" fork, but managed to order the 5/8" instead. They sent out a new fork right away and told me to reuse the packaging to return the standard fork.
Thus far I am still getting used to the Flex'n'Fork. I was using a deep basket and sometimes toss some road apples out. I do think it does better with those tiny bits of manure that break off.
I don't think my filly likes this fork as much as the old one for having her tail scratched. It doesn't slide up and down as easily.
All in all I'm pleased so far. I live on a sand dune, so can't speak to efficacy on bedding. What bedding I do have is rice hulls, which are pretty much like sand. I have not tried it with the Dry Stall I have in a paddock.
FINALLY A FORK THAT GETS IT ALL 📷
Posted by Jackie on 23rd Jan 2014
The little pieces don't slip thru the tines with this fork. And it isn't a heavy weight like the forks with the big basket. I don't have to go over the stall twice with two different forks to get the job done. You do have to shake it a little more than usual, but not a problem for the results.
Worth the purchase price many times over! 📷
Posted by Joanne on 20th Jan 2014
I bought the standard Flex'n Fork first to try in our barn. We use pelleted bedding in our stalls-we have 2 horses-one of whom I call the "shredder". This horse mixes up his bedding with his manure and what a job to do! I used the Flex'n Fork and was very happy with it-but I needed a bit more of a refined fork to get the bits'n pieces of manure left that I couldn't get with the regular fork. I then ordered the Mini-Tine fork to use to finesse the stalls and was able to really get all the bits.
With using both the forks I now have very clean stalls and feel the extra $ spent on these forks to be well worth it. I have store brand manure forks that have missing tines-that is the equivalent price of one Flex'N Fork.
Nicer than expected 📷
Posted by Unknown on 10th Jan 2014
I just used the fork for the first time today on rocky ground shoveling horse manure.
My 1st expectation was that the handle would be too big for my hands - wrong. It was light and I didn't have to grip as hard, which was wonderful. As for the feel of the tines hitting the rocks, they either just slid right over/around or the special design helped everything flex so that I felt no particular jarring sensation and my efforts were efficient. Great product!

We have a large goat dairy and use these forks several times a day, they are far the best fork we have ever used and they outlast other brands a minimum of three to one! Lightweight and very tough, if you are using the other brands with the wooden handles, you will be surprised just how much better this product is, its well worth every penny of the price! Great customer service and quick shipping also. We would recommend getting the clear shrink wrap on the handles for extended durability, just call and ask, Equi-Tee will add it on for a nominal fee.

One of them broke off at the handle the second day we had it. After a day or two we could see this one will last much longer

I would rate it all 5 stars, but somehow the handle got broken while we were using it, I'm not sure how. However, the customer service and speed of receiving a new one was terrific. The Flex n Fork standard size makes manure cleaning faster and easier. I would definitely recommend them.

I just bought another Flex-N-Fork - this time as a gift for a friend. Crazy gift I know, but trust me, she's going to be so grateful.
We've been using these forks for a while now - and they are LIFE CHANGING. We have six horses, from 17.1 hands down to miniatures, and the Flex-n-Fork gets it all! We're a bit neurotic about clean stalls and this is the best fork for our variety and saves us a ton on saw dust too.
Can't be beat. Thank you so much EquiTee.
Heavy handle 📷
Posted by Unknown on 26th Sep 2013
I bought the fine tine picker. I would give the basket 5 stars for getting all the small pieces. The handle however I would give it 2 stars as it is quite heavy and the diameter is larger than all the rest to prevent you from interchanging them. And their lighter weight handle is very expensive. If it wasn't for the handle I would have given it 5 stars.
be careful what you wish for... 📷

I wanted the mini tine to pick up tiny bits of manure, but because I also have small pebbles the rake picks up every pebble on the land. I have relegated it to the hay storage area for cleaning spilled hay. Also, I found it difficult to get the rake head secured to the handle because it was a very tight fit.

Honestly, it took me a long time to be convinced to spend more money on muck forks considering every other brand I'd ever purchased would break with in a few weeks in winter.
About 6 years ago, I finally made the leap to these amazing forks and will NEVER go back! We operated a boarding stable with 40 horses in our care and can't say enough good things about Flex N Forks. Sometimes the folks that work here are TOUGH on equipment and these hold up extremely well while being thrown around, run over, stepped on, left out to freeze to the ground etc. etc.
My advice is once you buy these, you will be a customer for life!

PROS
- Picks up a lot in one scoop.
- Durable (but did not survive one of my unusual misadventures)
- Ability to replace just the basket and re-use the handle.
CONS
- Sometimes stuff falls over the sides. Maybe raised sides would reduce this problem.

I suggest that baskets have raised sides. With both types of baskets, the material falls/jumps off the sides with the vibration of the fork. Raised sides would help minimize this. If this is ever offered I would order one in a second.

I purchased the regular Flex-N-Fork first. Great fork but my mare has soft manure which trends to break up into small pieces. I then purchased the Mini Tine Flex-N-Fork which has been just what I needed to keep my stalls very clean and save on shavings at the same time. I accidentally snapped the center tine on the mini-tine fork on a day that was about 5° below zero F and I was not scooping shavings but pushing them backwards with the back of the fork. I love this fork so much I called Equity Tee Mfg. right away to buy a replacement fork. The representative on the other end of the line suggested that I simply get a replacement basket instead of buying a whole new fork. Not only did that save me money but the shipping was super fast and I was back in business in short order. I continued to use the fork I had broken while I waited for the new one because despite the fact that I had broken it, the Flex-N-Fork was still strong enough to allow me to clean my stalls! I would recommend this product to anyone who has to spend time cleaning stalls.
